Damaged or faulty product:
All items offered on the site are subject to the legal warranty relating to the consequences of defects or latent defects that may affect the products provided by the Civil Code.
The customer has a period of 7 days from delivery to send CURA (email@example.com) any reservations or claims for nonconformity or defect of the delivered items.
After this period and failing to comply with this formality, the items will be deemed compliant and free from defects and no claim can be validly accepted by the seller.
The customer acknowledges that all CURA jewellery is unique, and slight differences in pattern and coloration may occur with each product. Product imagery used on our site may differ slightly compared to that of product delivered, due to factors such as screen quality and the unique nature in which we make our jewellery.
