When creating an account, the customer confirms that they are of age and responsible, and that their personal data is accurate. The customer can update this data at any time. The customer is solely responsible for access to their account, so CURA can not be held responsible for fraudulent transactions made by third parties. All prices listed on our website are in CHF (Swiss francs). Payments must be made in CHF, regardless of your reference currency. Currency conversions are done at the time of purchase, using live exchange rates.Special offers, balances or discounts are only valid until the date indicated or when stocks last.Customers purchasing our product from outside of Switzerland may be subject to customs fees upon delivery of their purchase.


Online payment is by PayPal or Credit Card only. The customer agrees that their account is debited the total amount due at the time of the order. The customer agrees to use their personal credit card. In case of fraudulent use, the seller can not be held liable. In the absence of a bank provision, or in the event of bank centers being rejected, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer notified by e-mail. The products remain the property of the seller until full payment of the price by the seller.
