RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return/ Refund Conditions:

We will be happy to refund your purchase, provided that it is returned within 7 days of receipt in original packaging and condition. 
In interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, earrings unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. 
Please read our guarantee page for returns involving items of non-conformity.
We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 7 days of delivery. 
CURA is committed to packing and protecting its products to be shipped, but is in no way responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery, these being the responsibility of the transport service.
We do not accept returns on promotional or sale items.
 

RETURNS FROM SWITZERLAND:

Returns from within Switzerland can be made with SwissPost. You will need to pay for the postage but we will refund the delivery charge if we have made an error in our despatch or if the item is faulty or unfit for purpose (we will only refund on economy delivery method). We will not refund charges incurred by you from private carriers. Remember to get a proof of postage receipt at the post office.
CURA will not be responsible for any duty/customs fees for returns made from outside if Switzerland.

PACKAGING YOUR RETURN:

When returning your purchase, please enclose the order summary and confirmation of return with your parcel and write the returns address clearly on the outside.
You must ensure that the returned items are sent in original packaging & in a padded envelope for protection.

REFUND PROCESS:

Once we have received your parcel we will start the refund process as soon as possible. Payment will be refunded upon inspection of your returned item(s) and on condition that the criteria of our returns policy have been met. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Please note that refund times are dictated by your card issuer and are outside of our control. We are unable to accept any responsibility for return items that are lost and/or damaged in the post.
