KELLY JAQUET

CREATIVE DIRECTOR & OWNER

Kelly Jaquet is the talented artist behind CURA Jewellery, creating every piece from start to finish by hand in Switzerland. Kelly is origionally from South Africa, and moved to Switzerland with her husband in 2017. Arriving in a new & foreign country came with its challenges, but also gave Kelly the push she needed to use her skills and forge her own path. With a background in fashion and years of experience in Visual Display, Kelly became aware of the wastefulness of the fashion industry and decided to create a sustainable and ethical solution.

The idea for CURA jewellery came from Kelly's desire to address the issue of disposing and recycling of unwanted fashion jewellery. She saw an opportunity to create something beautiful and sustainable, and that's how CURA was born.

Every piece of jewellery from CURA is crafted with precision and care, using a variety of techniques, tools, and machines that are detailed on our website. You can learn more about this process here. Kelly's keen eye for detail ensures that every piece meets her high standards of perfection.

In addition to designing and creating each piece, Kelly also handles the packaging and shipping of all orders, ensuring that each item arrives with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Kelly's passion for her work is evident in every aspect of CURA Jewellery. When you wear a piece of CURA jewellery, you can be confident that you are supporting a sustainable and ethical business that values quality and craftsmanship above all else.
